I ordered a belt for my son's birthday. The company said it could take 3-5 weeks to ship because they are hand made. After the 5 weeks I messaged the company asking about my order status but got no response. I sent multiple more messages and tried calling but still have gotten no response. It has now been 7 weeks since I placed my order and I have no belt or have I heard any updates on the status of my order. After checking the companies social media I seen that there are several others reporting the same issue of no item and no response. These people are very unprofessional and are scamming people.
