A man using the name "Bryan Winter" called me saying he was with the Better Business Bureau in Wisconsin notifying me of a sweepstakes I won. He said I would need to send $225 to claim my prize, so I did by wire transfer. (He initially told me I would need to send a couple thousand, but I told him I didn't have that much. He eventually lowered the amount to $225). He said that the BBB Wisconsin office is located at 10019 W. Greenfield Avenue, Milwaukee WI but said he is working at an independent office located at 303 Carson Ave., Milwaukee WI. He tried a couple times to have me talk to a man by the name of "Patrick Zone" who would explain why I needed to send more money (for bank stamp and other fees) but I refused to talk to him.
