Company claims to be a shipping firm and was introduced to us by a cat breeder to ship the pet. Told us they needed $980 which would be refundable at the time of receiving the animal, paid back to us in cash (which was already odd). They would only take Venmo, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Upon paying, i was told I would receive tracking information. They never sent anything. When I texted back, they said they needed 2 hours to investigate and blamed the weather. Then they said they needed an additional $300 because the city we were being shipped to required some sort of permit. I told them no, that it was their responsibility to disclose that upfront and to cancel the order and refund me my money. They said they needed another $380 paid just to cancel. I laughed and called my bank and reported a fraud claim.
