I want to cancel my membership in BB Subscriptions

My Mother, who is 72 & in early stages of dementia, has been called by these businesses and was talked into numerous magazine subscription. Her credit card is being charged monthly $39.92, $119.76 and $79.84 x 2. As her legal advocate, I have tried to cancel these subscriptions but the business is hostile, rude and will not cooperate in any way . The're taking advantage of the elderly & sick, and it appears they share info with other like "businesses". I'm upset that they have my Mother's credit card info & took advantage of an elderly person with dementia.
