This is another classic Mexican timeshare scam: the timeshare owner is contacted by a fake agency, they already know all the pertinent details about the timeshare ownership, and they are willing to pay an exorbitant sum of money for a property that is worth a fraction of that.

They are calling offering to purchase my time share for the largest brewery in Mexico. Very similar to a scam by Third Coast of Houston buy time shares for Bimbo Bakery.

They promise that all money will be paid thru Benchmark Escow.

Contacted by phone with subsequent email follow-up for purchase of Puerto Vallarta Mexico timeshare property at a significantly inflated price. Company address (1601 5th Ave, Seattle WA) in a business high rise appears to be fake per that building's property management (Westlake Tower). Contact with Seattle ScamPulse.com revealed a number of calls received trying to validate company with regard to similar Mexican real estate offers. The associated escrow company (Benchmark Escrow Inc, 480 Pike St, Seattle WA) which prepared the .pdf downloaded "Purchase/Sale/Escrow Contract" also appears to not exist: (1) there is no building located at 480 Pike Street per the US Postal Serviced, (2) WA Secretary of State website shows the corporate registration expired on 09/30/2017, and (3) Datalog for Washington State Companies shows the corporation was dissolved on 01/02/2013.
