My 82 yr old Elderly Mother n law received a bill for $104.67. It was obvious it was a handmade receipt......the paper was cut all crooked and it had no information of what this was for other than the amount she owed. See attached. She has received calls from people claiming to be from Social Security and Medicare claiming they were coming to arrest her and for her to move money out of her account to keep it safe......she has called my husband and I frantic and crying saying they were coming to get her. We have asked her not to answer the phone but because she sees a local number she thinks it's legit. After seeing she has engaged on the phone with them for many minutes the calls and mail are getting quite frequent.
