I purchased several swimsuits from Bay Curve and needed to return them (they were a terrible quality). So, I followed their directions on their website and waited 2 months to get a response. They are an overseas company with no phone number or other method of contact. When they did finally respond they offered to refund me $15 of the $100 I spent with them. When I told them that wasn't acceptable and I wanted to return all of my order they didn't respond for another 2 months! The next time they responded they offered $20 total and said that was the best they could do. I have yet to hear back from them or receive a refund. Stay away! Buy from a reputable seller!

I purchased some swimwear after seeing the ad for Baycurve on social media. The items did finally came several weeks after ordering. I didn't like the items because they seemed cheaply made and smelled like gasoline, so I attempted to contact customer service via 2 different email addresses. Jacqueline responded initially rather quickly, but after I expressed a desire to return the items, she was very slow to respond -- about a week following my second email requesting a return. Once I answered the questions in the second email, it took another 5 days for the same rep to reply asking if I could instead exchange the items and if not, I would have to return everything in original condition/pay my own shipping. I said fine to that and provided all the order information, again, but have not yet gotten a response. In total the communication on this thread has been 16 days and counting. I don't have any faith that if I return these items and spend more money to mail them that I would receive any refund, so I'm giving up on the return as I'd hate for them to get free inventory to scam another person with. They also provide no phone number or mailing address which is extremely suspicious. After digging more into their social media account, I can see this same thing has happened to countless others, who are either in return limbo or still waiting for money to be refunded for a return they eventually made. Total scam!!
