I placed an order through Instagram. 90 days later, the order never arrived. The shipping number provided suggested the order was shipped from China and never arrive to Australia. When contacting the customer service team, they played stupid and asked me to wait 7 more days... then another 7... until it was 100. They are an absolute joke and no one should buy from this website ever. Scammers!

I ordered resistance bands in March 2020. I never received my order from Batilo.com. I ordered in March and even paid the VIP shipment. After 3 weeks, I realized I have not received anything nor a notification. I finally decided to follow-up. They gave excuses due to overload in orders and COVID 19 shipment delays. I was patient enough to wait for another 2 months just because I believed it was a COVID 19 shipment delay issue. Then the fake information on the tracking number and fake excuses such as unclaimed product and misplaced shipment. And then I demanded a refund after the 3rd month. While they were willing to refund, they wanted to pay only half of the cost or the shipment cost. When I refused, they then responded that the product will still be shipped and just to wait for 4 weeks. They then gave me a tracking number & site where I can monitor the delivery location. Like a fool, I was tracking the shipment only to realize after 2 weeks that this did not make sense. When I followed-up again, they then responded that it was unclaimed again so they offered a refund but only willing to pay for half the cost. I felt stupid believing that they would eventually get my resistance band to me somehow. I then decided to share with the world about Batilo.com. They are a scam site. Take this experience as a warning to not buy anything Batilo.com or from their products in other sites like Amazon. Don't let them steal your money. Search "Batilo reviews" on the web and see how many people were scammed by them. They are a fake eCommerce site. They will steal your money. To make matters worse, I found these guys from an ad from Facebook. I will never buy anything advertised on Facebook.
