I placed an order through the company’s website on 3/9/2020, received a confirmation email, and my credit card was charged on 3/10/2020. The company’s website says “ Bathrobe Depot uses high quality carriers to ensure your products arrive on time. Our deliveries should reach your home within 1 to 4 business days. This is possible in the 48 contiguous United States. For items being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, transit time is 3 to 7 business days.” There is no phone number for the company on their website, so about a week ago I filled out their contact form to inquire about a ship date and did not receive a response. I emailed again on 3/30/2020 and have not received a response. As of today, I placed my order 22 days ago. I have not received my order and have not received ANY communication from the company about my order status or when I will receive my order. I cannot speak to a representative from the company in person because they do not have a listed phone number.
