I placed an order on Basterin.com for $99 for my husbands birthday 5/21/2021 and paid using paypal thinking I was protected. I never received shipping or email confirmation of purchase and filed a dispute with paypal. Paypal or Southwest credit card will not refund me because Basterin somehow provided a fake UPS tracking number. I never received this product. I am very frustrated at both myself for even placing the order and all 3 of these companies.
