I saw an ad for a rental home in Humble, TX. Everything seemed legit at first. The emails and texts seemed normal however the "landlord", who gave me the name of Bass J Verde, seemed very pushy to get the money. I decided to do more digging and saw the property for sale on Zillow.com. I went ahead and reached out to the realtor who was selling the home and they confirmed it was a scam! This person is acting as the Landlord to this rental property. They ask for money to be sent to them for the application process and deposit. They also require it to be sent through walmart because "they recently moved out of state". It's all a lie. DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THIS PERSON!
