Ordered a gift basket to be delivered next day for a friends birthday. Package never arrived. Cannot get a human to answer a phone, return a phone call and they have bots email you with tracking information that just says “package rerouted” via a company called “OnTrac” you attempt to reach out to them and they don’t respond as well.
