It was an online purchase for NBA items that seemed legit, at first, because they have the same NBA logo. After placing the order, we waited for the email confirmation that the order has been placed and that the itinerary of shipping will be included too; but nothing came. So, we checked in again at their website to get their contact information but there was no 800 or 888 number and no company address too, except for an email address that doesn't look too businesslike. And that's when we got scared. The website was www.basketoutlets.com, but it will pop out as NBAStore ; the email contact was [email protected]. I am sending in fear that this is a scam, not 100pct., sure until you guys have made an investigation and informs me that it is or not...

As per your required question on "Did we lose money?".....we haven't yet because transaction is still pending but for sure we will...i will answer, no, for now...
