I was contacted via text message on Friday, May 4th at 1:08 p.m. EST. Cassandra Perkins said she was from Basilea Pharmaceutica LTD. My resume was reviewed on indeed.com and I was selected for a job position. , You will assist with daily workflow management including email management, scheduling and calendar management, travel/expenses, providing phone coverage, and other administrative duties as requested. You will be paid $28.50 per hour during working hours and $18.75 during training hours. Your payment is guaranteed without delay and as time goes on, your hourly payment will increase. You will receive your payment weekly/bi-weekly via check or direct deposit depending on your convenience. Your working and training hours are flexible and once you are employed, you are going to be working as a full employee and not an independent contractor. I believe working from home temporary will not be a problem for you ?

I have worked virtually from home since 2013. I would establish my credibility with the team, by contacting the directly via email or phone and introducing myself. I would also ask question on what their expectations are from me. I would then ask them about themselves so I can get to know them a bit better. Within the first 30 days, I would be organizing my office, establishing calendars and tasks to be completed, building my contacts for reference and assistance for the job. I would also set up conference calls with management/team for introductions and any required meetings for the new role.
