They created a shipment tracking information page to make me believe the items I ordered have been on it way for long enough to pass the time I can claim a dispute on the credit card charge, which is usually 60 days. The warning sign was the very first update they put to the tracking page was "Order received and shipped", but the right next day they put "Order confirmation in progress. Our team is diligently working to verify the details of your order", even though it was supposed to be shipped a day before. The first update was made on 9/25/23, my order date, and the last one was 12/29/23, which told me "item will be delivered within 2 weeks to customer". Since then, it stopped updating anything and of course the items were never delivered.
