Type of a scam Online Purchase
Two weeks later, I get a $89.95 "subscription" charge on my debit card, which I stopped because I didn't give them authorization to bill me.
When I called their customer service line 844 844 0095, they tell me that "unless I notify them within 2 weeks, they would bill for an annual subscription charge.
I tell them that I don't want a subscription and I'll let them know if I want to product after I consume the sample bottle.
They tell me that they're going to bill me regardless, unless I return the bottle.
So I am in the process of returning the product to them.
I told them that they were engaged in unethical and deceptive advertising and I wanted to speak to a manager.
Of course the manager was too busy to come to the phone, even after placing me on hold for 3 minutes.
I wanted to report these people to you folks. Other people need to be warned about them.
