I was contacted by A Michelle H*** from Barnum Graham and Associates, and told I had a case against me and I needed to settle it or I was subject to jail, garnishment ECT. She said it was a payday loan , called it bank fraud . Anyway it's all a lie. I played along long enough to be connected to their "payment center" and talked to a [censored] named Katie N*** which sounded exactly like the first [censored] I had talked to. She refused to give me a physical address for this non existent company, and laughed when I requested a validation letter be sent to me. Very uneducated sounding and used a lot of slang wording.

Received call stating "case pending against you, ple[censored]d for next agent"; no agent ever picked up. Called back to be told that I was in their firm as mediators for a "Direct Cash Loan" company. Gave detailed information about me, but all info was from several years ago. When asked how to get contact info for the "Direct Cash Loan" company was told to call South Africa at 021-439-7556 to get that info. When I asked about an official letter being mailed to me about this issue, was told they would request one from South Africa. Trying to get me to settle this "debt" before I am taken to court.
