Barnes & Carter Law Group is not Law group but a Phantom Debt Collectors using fraudulent means of collections. Letter sent by them does not give proper collection warning but shows case FILED. No complaint papers ever received from court. Checked everywhere and found following. Not Registered as collection agency, Not registered to practice law, Address is PO box. Have one or more similar associate named Vanguard Legal Group in Ohio. Same MO same methods. Don't fall into their tricks. Don't pay. Don't respond.
