I purchased a bulb-type security camera for the cost of shipping & handling. Before the item was shipped, the "trial period" was over and I was charged $82.45 membership. I called to cancel and a month later, I was charged $39.93, and again the following month. I called again and canceled, angrily. Two months after that, I was charged $39.93 AGAIN, called and was able to get it refunded. The customer service person admitted that my account had been canceled previously, but I still got charged.
