Bought item and paid for shipping. Declined any discount membership. Declined any monthly charges for discount items. Scammer charged Debit card over 150 per month using many different names with misspellings as above. Called and requested refund, declined. Note support and email are the company not an independent support company.

Item sent was total junk and not worth shipping. Made on line charges look like typical Amazon charges so I missed them.

Note: This is also senior fraud. Scammer used other support contact names. [email protected] and 888-324-3191, all the same scam company.

The email offered a battery power device for a very low price (about $5.00) if you paid with Mastercard. I paid with Mastercard but did not notice all the small print which said I signed up for Bargain Deals Warehouse membership at a monthly cost. Charge to my MC was $67.00 with telephone number 866-535-3741, which I immediately called. I was able to cancel any future charges, and was told I received an email with a "gift card" worth $125 at the website support@toprated gadgets. I chose some over-priced items at the website, and attempt to use the gift card, but was told it was not applicable, even tho I copied and pasted it from the email to the website. I am glad that I did not lose any more money on this scam, and decided to file this report, and be done with it. I did not receive the battery power device offered in the original email.

On 2/7/2023, I filled a fraud alert with my bank regarding a $71.97 charge which later was discovered as a monthly membership charge. I also discovered that the membership charge was from a different merchant than previously listed as Contemporary Update Mod. The new merchant is Bargain Deals Warehouse (BDW). On 2/8/2023, I was able contacted BDW Customer Service. I was advised that I could close this alleged membership (Closed Confirmation# 3065107) but I would not be entitled to a refund. Furthermore, my bank would have to contact their Processing Department to officially cancel the membership. I did receive a cancellation email from BDW after yesterday's call to the Bank. The merchant is refusing to refund the alleged membership charge of $71.97. cancel the membership. The above information of the events which have taken place are factual and true to the best of my knowledge.

I ordered a “FREE” product that offered “only pay s&h”. They will AUTOMATICALLY sign you up for a membership, though there’s no information stating you’re signing up for said membership. They will automatically take $68.76 monthly. You CANNOT reach them via email. You WILL have to call the number 1-(855)-451-4899 during our business hours Monday - Sunday 8am-6pm (PST) & wait awhile for a representative to cancel the membership you never signed up for,
