Selling Luvabella Dolls $69.99

Never received Doll, they have an automatic email reply that is the same message over & over. When I sent messages asking for my order. Do not Buy anything from this Company. They are Fraud! Been dealing with this since Nov 2017!

Purchased luvabella doll Thru bargain vent ad that came Thru my Facebook feed and did not receive my 69.99 doll. Received three weeks later an envelope of plastic styluses worth pennies. Cannot reach them at all.

Bargain Vent advertised the Luvabella Doll on Facebook as a sponsored post for US$69.99. When you clicked on the link it took you to their website which looked very legitimate how it was all set up. I purchased the doll on November 10th and received a confirmation email on November 11th at 9:48a.m. The email stated that they had confirmed the order and were getting ready to ship it. The email also included the invoice of the order and order number. Estimated delivery was between 8-14 days and said that it would arrive between November 26th - December 11th. The confirmation email had a 'View my Order' linked button and 'Visit our Store' button too.

Between November 26th and December 11th, I was checking the status of my order each day and it still said the same thing, that they had received my order and would notify me when it was ready to be shipped. I emailed Bargain Vent on Tuesday December 12th to explain my concern that I hadn't received the Doll or any notification for that matter on when I would be likely to receive it. I later found out by looking at some online forums that thousands of people were in the same position as me and had purchased these dolls as presents for Christmas. Not one person had received their doll. Some reported that they got an email saying the order had been delivered when it hadn't at all. Most people didn't receive a response to their email and there was no phone number to call. So everyone is left out of pocket and without a Christmas gift for many children out there after these scammers have taken our money and clearly ran as the website is now gone. A very disappointing and sad way to start the holiday season.

Ordered over a Month ago, the Luvabella Doll for $69.95. Still have not received the Doll! This Company will not respond to any emails & provides No way of Contact # or Address!!! I have read the Scam relieves & everyone else is having same issue!!!

I bought a doll online. It was called a Luvadoll. I went to go track my package. And there is no website anymore no contact no tracking number. nothing . but took the money out of my account and no doll received. I googled this and there are many other people this is happened the same thing to.

An add on facebook came along for a LUVADOLL which ran approximately $79.99. Bargain vent sold it for $69.99 .My order # was 11164. It all looked legit. The money was taken from my account and I was sent a confirmation stating they were processing my order, That's where I saw it was coming from China. I tried to cancel my order but they wouldn't reply to any of my emails. a few weeks later I received an email stating my order was delivered and I received a text from the number stated above that my order again was delivered. My order went to my neighbors house and what I received was a small package of stylist pens. I have tried to contact them many times with no response. I don't know who to contact to get my money back but I think I'm out of luck. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I do not have extra money, especially at christmas time to be scammed.

I ordered a doll online for my granddaughter and never even received an email but they did take $91.48 from my master card. Transaction date Nov.07, 2017 posted date Nov.09, 2017..Appears on my statement as sp* bargain vent 877-290-0589 GA 30238 USA.

Wished I would have checked it out better. If I ever do receive anything from the company I will definitely contact ScamPulse.com back. So far with no tracking, I can’t see that happening.
