I ordered 2 pairs of sandals in two different colors, but received two pairs of the same color. They do not fit and are of poor quality. I was led to believe the brand was Clark’s, which they are not! I emailed them and was told to send a picture of the items and also a picture of the tracking information, which I did. I just need to know an address where I can return them and get a refund to my credit card. They are not providing the return address . What else can I do ?

Any input from you would be appreciated.
