Went to their Website thru Facebook to purchase a Home Area Rug. Ordered on December 23, 2019 via debit card. Transaction went thru, received an email on 12/24/19 that tracking information would be provided when item was ready to be shipped. Have not heard anything via email/text. Called on 01/03/20 and they said that item was still not ready to be shipped. Around 01/06/20 noticed that their website was unavailable. Now do not get any answer on the phone (732) 485-6564. Noticed on Facebook, bunches of people over the last 3-4 months have had the same experience. Just want my refund at this point or my bank to help settle this.
