This store never delivered any products - has been over 4 months now

I ordered 2 bars: a vanilla citrus grapefruit bar and a "be my berry" bar on October 26, 2021. I was then notified on Jan 4, 2022, that my items were getting ready to be shipped. However, I have not received anything yet. Also, when I checked on the shipping status, it showed that a label had been created but it had never been shipped. This status has not changed since Jan 4, 2022. I tried to email the company but received no response at all. I have never experienced such horrible service - slow to send any shipping confirmation, and then obviously did not ship, and has NEVER responded to any correspondence (I emailed the email address that I received the order info from) and there is no phone number or any person that can be reached.

Ive placed 2 orders with this company, paid for the product which I received shipping notification on 10/28/21. No shipping updates, and will not respond to multiple attempts to contact them about my orders through both e mail and social media. phone number does not work.
