I ordered almost 2 months ago, never received an email or anything just says “awaiting shipment” I lost $56.29! This website needs to be taken down! They have made so much profit and it’s just wrong

I ordered shoes from them and I decided I wanted to cancel my order because I found the same pictures on etsy and spoke with that seller. This company stole her pictures to use on their fake website. Below are the pictures of the fake website and the real sellers page on etsy. I also tried emailing them to cancel my order and the email bounced back as undeliverable.
