I was in the market to purchase a Cavalier King Charles puppy. Found what looks to be a legit website with an introduction of their breeding company, together with pictures of available puppies. Location of business or phone number was not provided on website. You completed a form, and then shortly afterward you receive a text message confirming receipt of your inquiry with a statement that they will be contacting you shortly. They then send you a reply email stating puppy is available, the price being $750 (significantly less than market price) and then telling you they will ship the puppy upon receipt of payment. They indicate payment to be made by either Zelle, Venmo or COD. Then it is recommended by them to pay by COD and you need to go to any CVS, Walmart and purchase an American Express Gift Card. When received, they would complete registration paperwork and arrange for their courier to ship puppy to your home address.
