I saw an ad on Craigslist for a 2011 jeep patriot latitude. I emailed the seller with interest for the vehicle. They responded a day later informing me that eBay will give me directions on how to complete the process. I put $1400 on money gram and called the number given to confirm the payment. On 1-25 when the vehicle was supposed to be delivered I called the same number again and they hanged up on me. I then realized it was a scam and filed a ic3 report. I have all the records regarding the scam (emails, money gram receipt, and fake invoice) and can give them upon request.
