I applied for many loans looking for a substantial loan that would pay my debts and help with my credit. I applied to bankview financial for 40000. And 5% interest over 15 years. And my payments would be 319 a month. The total amount paying back was almost 57000 dollars. They replied the next morning via email. Saying I had been approved for a loan but a secured loan. I needed collateral. I told them i didn't have collateral so ***** ******** my rep said I had three options. One being I could get a cosigner. I could put up something with the same loan or I could buy an insurance policy. I told them I'd buy the insurance policy which was 2000. I also recieved another loan offer in Vancouver bc. From a mark jones at simmaron lending. He said I was also approved for a loan at 20000 at 7% interest over 10 years and id have to pay 232 a month. Total cost would be almost 28000. And I'd have to pay for the insurance policy before I could get my loans but I had to sign loan documents first. Simmaron lending documents looked legit but told me there was no grace period and if I was late they'd charge me 250.00 on-top of my payments. Bankview told me that I'd have 20 day grace period and there would be a 25 dollar late fee. There documents came from docu sign. Electronic signature. I signed both of these documents but never gave my banking info. ***** asked for my banking info. **** said he'd be on the phone with me while we did the transfer of funds.

I did send funds to bankview financial however I cancelled the e-transfer because I thought I had it wrong. I resent it. To an email called *********************** the e transfer was pending for several hours. And then it said that I'd sent it but they hadn't retreived it. So I called Roger and he said the banks held it. And asked me to cancel it and then go to TD with cash and go and put it in the bank to a ******** ******. And gave her bank info. But make sure you don't tell them the money is for a loan because the banks may hold the funds and there our competition. I never went but I did cancel it and my money will be returned in 48 hrs. Thank god. I'm glad I had a guardian angel watching over me.
