Email sent from Mcafee that my bank account had been charged, I asked for a refund, and they walked me through the steps to get it, but they were watching me on my computer and then wanted me to pull up my bank account information, after they told me they didnt ask for it. I refused. They became verbally hostile and inappropriate. I hung up on them. called my bank to stop any activity, and hopefully stopped the scam.
