I am in the process of working with Bank of America for a loan modification. I received a call from a man claiming to be the account manager assigned to my account. He said that his Jeffrey Hudson. When I called back, I received a voice mail and a name Kevin Hudson. Jeffrey said that the loan was approved. He asked how much do I want to pay per month. I told him $400.00 a month. He said that the payment would be $400 a month at 2%. He offered no paper work to explain the terms of the new loan or the trial payment offer. He said that two months of payments were due and that I needed to go to Walmart and send a Western Union money card today. I called back the phone number, and there is no one with the name of Bank of America. I feel that this is a scam, and I wanted to report it.
