I had been searching around for a massage gun for quite some time. I had not purchased one off of Amazon for fear of it being sub-par or a scam. This company claimed to be in Canada and had a high review score (on Amazon it is over 4 stars, on its own site it is only 4 and 5 star reviews). I decided to buy it through their website as they claimed to have a Black Friday sale (as well as it being "Currently Unavailable" through Amazon), and good customer service in case something was wrong with the product. I purchased it on November 26th, and through their Shopify checkout, they said another email would be sent when the order is shipped. It is now December 10th and I have yet to receive an email about shipment. I contacted their Contact Us email address and form they have on their site, but did not receive any response. I also filled out a review on the site, giving them 1 star, only for my review not to show up on their site.
