This company is fake. And will. Not respond to emails. I ordered masks in April and it is nearly august - still haven’t received any confirmation that my order was received. I’ve even resorted to finding their Instagram page which is the only way they will acknowledge we as customers exist. Even then all they do is lie saying they will mail it out by the end of the week. They should be held liable for fraud.

I ordered 2 masks in mid April and it is now the end of June. I’ve sent multiple emails asking for a tracking number and then multiple emails asking for a refund. I’ve received one response saying “my order will be shipped On Monday”. I’ve yet to receive my order or my refund. Do not purchase from them. It’s very upsetting and bothersome that people would take advantage of this pandemic in this way and even more upsetting that they’d make false claims to donate a mask with every purchase.

My mom ordered a mask from them and after 2 months and no mask I advised her to file a complaint with PayPal. Every time she contacted BAMGAM they sent her an automated response. They kept saying " Your mask will be shipped out by the end of this week". They took her money and certainly never sent her a mask. TOTAL SCAM! Shame on them for robbing people of their money and taking advantage of a global disease/pandemic.

I ordered masks totaling $60.47 on April 26,2020. Today is June 15th and not only have I not received the masks, but the “company” doesn’t respond at all. They took my money within seconds of my placing the order. I never got a confirmation email for the order or for shipping. It makes me angry that there are people out there taking advantage of their fellow human beings in a time when we really need to be being good to each other. I’m also so Disappointed in myself for not looking for the red flags before I placed the order

I ordered 5 masks back in April. It took 3 weeks for an empty envelope to arrive. I filed a complaint with the postal inspector and have sent numerous emails to BAMGAM. They replied once saying they "think the post office is stealing their masks" They claimed they would be replacing my masks immediately- that was at the end of April! I've tried reaching them numerous times and nothing, over $80 and nothing.

Ordered my mask at the beginning of Apr and never received any shipping confirmation. Emailed them and Ashley said they would be shipped the following Monday. Well, 3 weeks later...NOTHING! I’m ticked because their scamming during a time like this and claiming to help people by saying buy a mask and give one away to help others..They are lying! Please put them on the news and shut them down! They have an IG page that looks pretty convincing too..it’s all Bogus!

I ordered 3 masks from them 4-22-20, of course they were quick to take money out of my bank acct. Have emailed them countless times, never a confirmation email stating they were shipped, never have recieved an answer email, finally was able to get a response from Ashley(she told me they were running behind getting masks therefore not shipped yet, but was assured by Ashley they would be shipped the beginning of the week. HA! Another angry email sent today. This company is a flipping joke. Assured them I was complaining to the BBB. The 3 masks were $59.86. I'm not poor but that's a pretty good chunk of money. Husband is set to start outpatient physical therapy next week and has to wear masks. We have none. Another creepy "company" praying on unsuspecting people during this Pandamic.

I spent $26.49 on a couple of masks that I thought looked pretty cool. They said for every one mask you buy theyll donate one to the Los Angeles area. It's been over a month now and I still havent recieved anything and I've emailed them countless times trying to figure out what's going on and I havent heard anything yet from them smh. These ppl are the lowest of the low for scamming innocent ppl smh

I ordered masks from BAMGAM on the 6th of April, 2020. Today is May 12, 2020. I have reached out to them via email and their Instagram page. Both keep claiming the order has been shipped but could not even provide a tracking number to back up their claim. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are stealing money from people during this COVID-19 pandemic. Please, if someone who has the power to stop these people sees this, please please please do something. They've scammed countless people so far and a few people I know have ordered from them. They keep saying they will process a refund but they've been saying that since April 23rd, 2020. Please do not give these people your money.

Don't order from Buy a mask give a mask. I should have been more aware, but wanted a mask and the fact that they donate one for each one purchased appealed to me. Silly me. I ordered a mask on April 18, received one confirmation email and that's it. No mask has been delivered and there is no contact information on the website (which I should have noticed before ordering). Although the amount of money lost was not a huge amount, $26.49 to be exact, the fact that this site preyed on people's concern during a pandemic and desire to help others really bothers me. Don't fall victim like I did.

Bad business; you shouldn’t be asking people for proof of pictures when your employees are sending out the wrong sizes to customer, telling them there is no need to return the products and to donate them. Then taking 2 weeks to refund their orders which they still haven’t received. Reporting your business for fraud to the ScamPulse.com and warning others. You shouldn’t be scamming honest citizens during a pandemic! Shame on this business.

I work in healthcare myself at UCLA Hospital. I saw this ad for buy a mask give a mask on Instagram/ tiktok social media platforms. I was anxious to buy the masks as I thought I was helping a cause. They claim to donate a mask for every mask you buy. It made sense and working in healthcare myself I thought what a great cause. I was deeply wrong. The whole site is a scam. It really saddens me that they are taking advantage of people during the pandemic. I ordered masks over a month an half ago and received one email stating my order was confirmed, and that I'll receive the shipping details when they have it. I waited two weeks and still didn't get a confirmation it was shipped. I emailed the website and I got a generic email back saying "it was set to ship Tuesday, Thanks Ashley." Okay so I waited another week from when they said it would be shipped, and still nothing saying it was shipped. So I emailed this "Ashley" Again in frustration they claim they are based out of LA and I live in LA. So how is it that I still haven't received two masks which were overpriced to begin with but I thought I was helping a "cause". Basically I've been going back in forth begging this so called "Ashley" to respond to me. She finally responded and said it will ship sometime this week. That seemed odd to me because she was very vague and still couldn't confirm official details. I knew then and there that this was a scam and then I also saw other people on ScamPulse.com filing complaints as I am too with the same similar story. ---Moral of the story ITS A SCAM AND THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED! I uploaded one of the many emails I've sent to so called "ashley" Person.

I, like probably many others, saw this company advertised through many social media platforms. Through TikTok, Snapchat, even on some legitimate sites had their ads on it. So being unable to find/procure any means of personal protection for myself and some of my family decided to purchase through this site with them advertising that when you buy a mask they in turn donated money/PPE of medical grade to a local hospital where they are "located" in Los Angeles. They made the website legit, with pictures of many different people and some people wearing them (non edited/cropped on) and even a photo of a huge donation check to a local hospital with the "From" portion saying BAM GAM (Buy a Mask Give a Mask). So I looked around to make sure this wasn't a SCAM SITE and make sure it was legit before I did anything and I could not find anything indicating it wasn't legit. So they were offering a deal if you buy 2 you get 10 percent off, 5 you get 20 percent, and you buy 10 you get 30 percent. Well I purchased 10 mask on the 13th of Apr, for myself and my family, and my total came out to $142.90. I got the confirmation email and the confirmation site looked exactly like what Shopify's site looks like. I never received a shipment email so I contacted them for an update on the 20th. Got a reply back same day very short and unofficial looking saying "your order is set to be shipped by thursday. thank you, Ashley." I waited till that Thursday and no change, even checked the site again to check my order no change. I emailed them again on 27th, 28th, and 29th to which I have gotten no response and even changed the settings to alert me and send a "read receipt" when they opened it. Well at this point I did another search on them and have now found that they have done this to multiple people and they are indeed a fake site scamming people and taking advantage of the current pandemic to screw families out of their money. Sad part is after I placed my order I actually did tell people and I know other individuals that placed orders as well and I can't help but feel at fault for this. 1,000 PERCENT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT IS NOT A LEGIT SITE OR BUSINESS!

When I filed a claim with PayPal they created a label but it's been 9 days and they still haven't shipped. Each time they finally do respond to me asking for a refund it's always "your items are going out tomorrow". They never do.

On 4/7/20, I purchased 11 face masks and received an email confirmation from BAMGAM. I had a question for their customer support after placing the order so I looked online for customer support information (not there) and then their contact information (just an email). Googling the company brought up numerous posts and articles from people claiming that BAMGAM is a fraud. Since the company's website did state that it could take 7 - 10 business days for processing and shipping, I decided against submitting a PayPal claim against them right away.

On 4/18, I contacted the company, asking for information about my order and informing them I would submit a PayPal claim if I didn't receive written confirmation that my order was processed and shipped. A few hours later, I got a generic response to be patient, exactly what others have posted as getting from the company when they inquire about their missing orders which never end up arriving. On 4/21, I finally received an email notification that my order had been shipped, along with a USPS tracking number. As of today, 4/28, my items have not yet been received by the USPS for shipment. I believe this tracking number was only generated to make it appear that the item had been shipped to avoid or delay my making a claim against the company, but that the USPS will never actually end up in receipt of it.

On 4/25, I submitted a PayPal claim against the company so I can get my money back. That same day, PayPal sent an email to BAMGAM requesting more information, informing them they have 10 days to respond. As of 4/28, there has been no response back from the company.

BAMGAM has a very legitimate-looking website to order face masks and they will give one to a hospital for every mask purchased. They take your order, send you a confirmation, and may even send you a USPS tracking number but they never actually ship your items. When you try to contact them they do not respond. You cannot find reviews for this company or their products anywhere but they have been tagged a few times in Instagram posts where people have commented that they haven't received their items either.
