I emailed about the status of my order once I realized a lot of time had passed and I didnt get my order. They emailed back claiming there were shipping delays. I asked if they had updated shipping info because my tracking number they sent didn't work. There was no response. I emailed again asking for a refund and they said it would take 8-10 days to get the refund. I waited 8-10 business days and still no refund so I emailed them again. They then said they needed to transfer me to the right department which is not true. They scam people.
