Ordered an item from Bamboooart.com after seeing their ad on Facebook. Was charged for the product via PayPal, which I didn’t choose to go through. Received a receipt from the “company” that had no definitive shipping information to speak of. Tried emailing company and not only did I not get an answer, but my emails (2 total) were returned as undeliverable. They have no phone number listed at all. The receipt I received from PayPal said the entitle receiving my money was called “Elegant,” which made no sense.
