This Amazon Third Party Marketplace seller store owner today become very argumentative, combative through out the phone interaction regarding this illegal counterfeit merchandise product that this merchant sold to me back on around Nonvember 23, 2017 regarding this illegal purchase sold merchandise of this "GameShark Xbox 8MB Memory Card". The store owner told me he was going to report me to Amazon in a rude and combative demeaner and I told the store owner go ahead and do that. According to Amazon.com and Microsoft XBOX Video Game Console Manufacturer's terms of use services, selling items software and hardware products that violates the dmca laws is not allowed for sale, resale and purchasing due to legal matter concerns. This Amazon Marketplace seller username BAMBOOMAN did just that by going up and listing this fraudulent Video Game Enhancer memory card product and violated copyright and trademark selling on the Amazon.com website platform and violated dmca laws of selling behavior just now still. Today, I have questioned the seller if there where aware that this item they sold me is allowed or not except I get a rude store owner gentlemen that came up on the phone and started arguing with me about this legal concern matter with no reason.
