I made a preorder for three items over a year ago (8/22/22) (order #32996). Two of them arrived, but one never did. The one that didn’t arrive was priced at $59.99. Since then many people started to complain about the website and exposed them for fraudulent activities. Balyot became unable to fulfill many of their preorders and instead of issuing refunds, they decided to shutdown and run away with the money. This is a widespread and common issue, that affects many people. The website should be taken down since, they have officially shutdown and are no longer delivering orders.
