We received a call today from someone stating that they were calling from Baltimore Gas & Electric Company and that since our payment was not made our service would be turned off in 30 minutes unless, we called 1-800-370-1030 and made a payment immediately. This is not the case. We made our most recent payment and the check cleared our bank account.
