I ordered a Christmas Tree from a website ( Balsam Trees) the company SAIYIBO charged my credit card account $79.17 on September 9, 2022 The previoius page would not accept this dollar amount for some reason. It has been over 2 months and I have not received anything from this company. I have contacted them at e-mail address [email protected] and received no acknowledgement of any sort. Their website www.SAIYIBO.com has no contact information other than a phone number 302-465-0790, where I have not had them answer.
