Totally scammers. I ordered 12 expandable faux ivy screens for $53 dollars in February.
The order was delivered to a different address. I have emailed them several times, they always answer asking for patience and apologizing for the inconvenience. It is the end of June now. I haven’t received anything yet. Don’t buy anything from Balloonwell. They will steal your money.

I ordered 12 faux ivy fences early March. They first order was lost or delivered to wrong address. They sent another package at the end of April. When I received it the third week of May I only received 6 mini fences not at all the dimensions the site described. Tiny one foot high bamboo things with leaves on them. So I paid for 12, go 6, and they were absolutely disappointing! If it wasn't for the fact an employee sent me a kind note I would have sought a refund. Their supplier is the source of their problem. From China. Do not use this company!

The order was delivered to a different address. Then they “re-sent” the package without a tracking number. I have emailed them several times, they always answer asking for patience and apologizing for the inconvenience. It is the end of May now. I haven’t received anything yet. Don’t buy anything from Balloonwell. They will steal your money.

I ordered 20 expandable faux ivy privacy screens, total cost=$182. Took more than three weeks and then I got a tracking msg saying delivered but with no address and no package delivered. I filed a missing item with shipping company of Balloonwell and also emailed Balloonwell-F to report the problem. They were very quick to reply but none of it is actual help nor answers to my questions. They emailed adviced me to bexplain patient as they already remailed it again, but I have been waiting for over 1 month and half, my order didn't come and they stopped emailing to answer my questions half a month ago. I asked for a refund but they say they already mailed out another one, even though I had only emailed them about it two hours prior. Even the first time I asked him how long will shipping take given that I paid extra for faster shipping and there was no indication on the website as to how many days faster shipping would get you. They continuously failed to answer my questions. These guys are scammers, so they are trying to take your time to take your money and have enough time to disappear after the money is in their pocket.

I was just following instruction from a friend to view the comments from other customers and I wish that I would do that before I purchased with them, because there's thousands victims of these scammers and we have the same story to tell about them.

I am getting old and this is the first time I bought from Facebook and thought the Company from USA, but later I found from the shipping tracking information that all from China and Taylor Chen was the person to answer my emails about the problem after 2 months my package was not delivered.

I wish ScamPulse.com will help us (victims) to prevent these scammers continously to harm other innocent customers to damage the USA Economy. Thank you in advance for your great help!
