I ordered a balloon arch for a celebration of life event. I paid in advance for the balloons, setup, and teardown. The cost was $100. The day before the event, I received a message (we had been communicating through facebook messenger) saying they couldnt do my balloons because they came down with COVID. They said they couldnt find anyone to help but they did apologize and told me I would be refunded. The refund never came. I have checked in multiple times and there was always an excuse as to why I didnt get my refund yet. The last few times I reached out to inquire about the status of my refund, I was ignored. We are going on 8 months now and still no refund. I emailed the company too to inquire and received no return response. Not happy :(
