good looking website for Ball Mason jars. Ordered 16 dozen for $161.66. Then did some research and realized the site had only been open a month and the owner was in China. Tried to stop payment with PayPal, but unable. So i stopped payment from my bank account. Fighting with PayPal now. I did get a receipt (fake) and both the link to "view my order" and "go to website" do not work.

When I received my order it was not what I expected. I am trying to get the information needed to return the product and the agent, Demi, is refusing to send me the address for the return. They are not honoring their "100% Money Back Guarantee".

google chrome listed the site as an official ball canning products.made a purchace of 24boxes of 12pcs each of regular ball mason jar lids.did not recieve. the email for complaints and or refunds does not exist.customer service email does not exist either.
