Ordered merchandise. Tan Helmet. Did not receive order. Got email stating It would ship, then another saying another week, then another. Once I asked for a refund. Emails stopped. Tried on Facebook, instagram, etc. Message showed read by company but no response.

Online research shows I am not the only victim.
