Social media ad, ordered a walking pad/treadmill that was on sale for a limited time limited stock (totalling $71.40 after currency exchange rate from US to CAN). Waited a month for shipment only to receive a SCARF!?? Attempts to contact via email resulted in business offering only 45% refund and to return the wrong item on my own dime when their website states 30 day money back guarantee no conditions and if returning they pay for freight costs. Back and forth for a week worked up to 65% refund but to still return the item at my own cost. Promise to send replacement, then next email states out of stock. Website clearly indicates stock and another sale! Refused to put another dime into this scam so contacted credit card company to resolve.

ordered a treadmill advertised on facebook. paid with cash app. 3 weeks later the tracking number provided showed arrived at my address. when I opened the package it sure wasn't a treadmill. it was a scarf. Have been unable to get a refund as of yet.

On February, 25, 2023. I’ve log onto Facebook and came across an Facebook ad that was claiming to sale a 2 in 1 foldable treadmill for $39.98. I was looking for one and definitely thought it was a great deal. I made a purchase through cash app for $49.97. The 2 in 1 foldable treadmill was $39.98 plus $9.99 for shipment. The order number is ORDER 230225211128618. The next day on February 26, 2023. I’d receive a shipment invoice but when you click on the shipment update, it wasn’t updated. I check like every other day because I was excited to get started on my weight loss journey. The tracking still wasn’t updated. When the tracking finally started showing up it was all in Chinese and not English. This is the tracking number Tracking number: AG124064374CN

One day, I’d received a package in the mail and it was a scarf with no sender address. I didn’t think anything of it because I just received two wigs that I’d purchased before and thought that it was a free gift with purchase. When I checked the tracking by Friday, March 17, 2023, the tracking wasn’t updated in the last 5 days due to inclement weather according to the tracking. When I checked Saturday afternoon on the March 18, 2023. It said my package was delivered on the March 15, 2023 @ 10:27am and delivered in the mailbox. I was like, how a treadmill get delivered in a mailbox. This has to be a mistake. On Sunday, March 19, 2023. I went on usps informed delivery and the times of the packing of the scarf that I’d received matched the exact same time and pattern as the tracking of the 2 in 1 treadmill. So, I got up Monday morning March 20 and went to the postal service asking them about my package and they look up both tracking numbers and told me that the package that was delivered from Boughloaf was 1.13oz weight and it was a 2 in 1 foldable treadmill. The postal lady to me that she’s sorry to inform me, but you have been scammed. So I went home and did a search for Boughloaf on Facebook and found hundreds and hundreds of people that gotten scammed like it did. They too thought it was a legit site. So, I’d went on to read the comments and I saw that some people had stated that they’d waited 17 plus days and received a scarf and that’s when I’d realized I’d received a scarf as well. I have several screenshots of Facebook posts that can back up my claims. I contacted the company several times with no response from them. I just want my money back.
