We saw the saw an advertisement for a puppy on this breeders website. The owner Frank Baldwin asked the appropriate questions regarding the puppy purchase as far as my experience with puppies etc, so I thought this was a safe transaction. The purchase price of the puppy was $950 made via Walmart to Walmart transaction. Then he took the puppy to the transport company. The transport company Bolt Express Contacted me and said that the puppy was the incorrect crate. They stated that we could rent a crate for $1700.00, and we would be reimbursed for the rental fee. We wire transferred the money to Bolt Express for the crate. The next day when the puppy was supposed to be in route the shipper emailed because there was no insurance on the puppy. They required that I wire $1250.00 to insure the puppy transport. Then the next day I received an email regarding the puppy's vaccination. Then I contacted Mr. Baldwin, who stated that he was just trying to use a different shipper, he typically uses Delta. Mr. Baldwin said he would go pick up the puppy. I received contact from the shipping asking about the vaccinations. I told them the breeder was picking up the puppy and I wanted a refund. They refused, stating that was against their policy. They are trying to force me to wire $610 dollars for the vaccinations or I forfeit all my money. I have not heard back from the supposed breeder.
