I recieved an email that this company was going to garnish my wages earned from employment. They stated that I had a loan with Advance Cash Services. This is quoted from the email (We are talking about the loan that you took with the company ACS – Advance Cash Services (A Parental Payday Advance Company), they do have a signed copy of the contract which is signed under your E-mail address, also would like to mention your Computer's IP address and your SSN was also traced when you were signing the contract with the company.) Which I have never taken a loan out with this company have no idea as to who that company is. Not only that I do not see a law firm using a gmail account that is so unprofessional.
