This company operates under multiple “names” which take you to a Facebook page. The company offers a “claim your free trial” by only paying shipping and handling. I paid the s&h to try this skin care product. Nowhere on the order page did the company disclose that this was a 14 day trial and then you would be billed n excess if 100.00 dollars. I’m sure it is there somewhere, but it is not obvious nor plainly stated to the customer. When I received the product, there was NOTHING in the box stating these terms either. Consequently, I was dumbfounded when my account was debuted for 102.69! I called the phone number given beside the charge on my bank statement. The first customer service rep hung up on me, the second put me on hold for over 20 minutes, the third offered me discounts, etc. and finally credited me back 50% of the charge. Of course, I haven’t actually seen the credit yet, but supposedly that’s what will happen. There should be some sort of standard disclosure, openly and plainly stated, for all such internet purchases. Most of us would never purchase these trials if the company offering them actually stated what the terms were going to be in an overt place! I know I’ve learned my lesson, but I’m sorry for all the people out there who won’t call back 3 times and stick to their guns to get at least a portion of their money returned.
