Bakcleacn with Macy's backstage logo, I ordered things for Christmas for myself & my grand children I waited & waited the package never came but they said it was delivered on the 818 tracking website. They assured me they would resend the package & this time I'd have to sign for it which I thought was a great idea because nobody else would be able to do that but me, same thing happened never received it & was told they didn't have enough manpower for it to be delivered & signed for, my thing was so why'd u offer it? This company is a fraud for sure, my grandchildren & myself were very disappointed & I've requested my money back & I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Site made it seem like Macy’s was having a backstage sell out until the tracking showed it was coming from China and then tracking after waiting for over 26 days for both orders it stated the packages were delivered but received nothing which they claimed after checking into it that they were lost in logistics and would resend free of charge as a curtesy when yet again after tracking through 818track.com says was delivered yet still have received nothing.

Ordered Clothing on December 3, 2023 at website Clearance Backstage Store, we sent a tracking number and continued to check status. No carrier was given for delivery. Stated items were signed for at my address on January 3, 2024. Did not receive any items and neighbors did not have anything delivered to them as well. I contacted their support and they apologies and wrote the following statement:

We are so sorry that you did not receive the package successfully. In order to help you get this problem resolved as soon as possible, we have negotiated with the courier based on your feedback. The courier told me that the tracking information showed that the package had been signed for, but they could not provide us with proof of receipt.

Please allow me to clarify the current situation. Since our products have been sold at very low prices, when choosing logistics services, we cannot choose delivery services with a proof of receipt that requires more fees. As you know, signature service requires more manpower and time costs, so it will be more expensive than ordinary delivery services.

I know this is frustrating for you, but we hope you can understand our difficulty.

We hope to resolve this issue for you and will be happy to resend the package with the expedited service to you for free and it is supposed to arrive within 7-15 days..

1. Will you sign for the second package?

I did state I wanted the merchandise I purchased. So they said they would ship out the merchandise again and sent me another tracking number. I kept checking on the tracking and again, it stated the package was delivered on Jan 23rd. No package arrived at my home. I have contacted them again but have not hear back

This is exactly what happened to me down to the last word!. A 2nd shipment was sent (supposedly), but once again never received. They are currently issuing me a very long awaited refund but that still remains open. I've been fighting with them since Nov 2023, and I don't intent to give up until I see a refund, which is what they are hoping for. Meanwhile I continue to communicate with what is probably a bot! I wish I would've seen this article before. Thank you.

Received an email advertising beautiful coats and sweaters at clearance prices. My order total came out to $39 dollars, but never received the order. I contacted customer service who claimed they were resending the order and never got that order either. When I reported to customer service that I had not received the second shipment, they said they could only refund 70% of my money. The tracking numbers provided took me to an obscure website named “717 transport” for the first shipment, then “818 transport” for the supposed second shipment. The tracking site provided no specific details only general terms such as “arrived to warehouse”

It uses Macy's Star in the logo. I thought it was Backdoor clearance site. I bought a winter coatwith my credit card when there were a lot of sales online. It was due the 22nd of Jan.

I ordered from this company on Dec 10, 2023. It the delevery was suppose to be before Christmas. I started noticing that there was a tracking system, no now I can see the packing supposedly moving, but moving very slow. After a month of tracking I read that the pakage was delivered. I never recieved a packae,, I read the reviews and she that everyone is saying the same thing they never recieved their package.

Business advertises on YouTube with Macy's Backstage ad. Website to purchase merchandise is bacleacn.com. I purchased merchandise through bacleacn.com website. Tracking number provided for independent shipping company Track 718. Order took 30 days to deliver from China. Order marked as Delivered and Completed on tracking site. I did not receive my merchandise even though it is listed as delivered.

Fake website for Macy's Backstage. Uses bakcleacn.com on Macy's Backstage ad on You Tube. Once order is placed, tracking number is provided for independent shipping company, Track 718. Order took 30 deys to ship from China to U.S. Product listed as delivered was never delivered. Company does not respond to emails.
