Scammer used the “bait and switch” I bought a chair with foot rest and instead I received cheap sunglasses. Scammer refused to send a return shipping label and also refused to issue a refund. They told me to sell the sunglasses and that’s how I would recoup my money. They also refused to send the actual item I paid for.

I had an older IPhone that needed to be unlocked. I am from America, but I now live in India.

They promise on the site to unlock it for $28.99. Once you pay this fee, they do a pretend diagnosis— and then tell you that you have to pay $45 more for standard or $287 more for premium service to unlock it. They do not tell you all of this before you pay the initial $28.99 for the supposedly unlocking. It is absolutely deceptive & down right dirty business practices.

They have not responded to my emails for a refund.

I contacted my credit card company to see if they can refund it. I would also appreciate your help to get the word out to people about this company and help me get the refund back.
