Moving from California to Nevada needed a 26 foot truck they were 4000 and they went down to 3000 they wanted 1350 down I said that’s too much will do 800 down and then a day or two before they’re supposed to be there it is send me a couple pictures of your boxes and furniture which I didn’t have everything packed yet and then he calls me back and says you’re gonna need a bigger truck there’s another family riding with you would have a truck who is never discussed the week before or in the contract. I said no way that’s a bunch of bull crap we’re not giving you more money and I want a 26 foot truck he said he can’t do it and I said fine then give me my $800 deposit back and he says you have to go onto [email protected]. which is another scam trying to put it on us that we canceled ,he says that’s the only way you’ll get your $800 back so I went on there and said we are not canceling you people are canceling because you’re trying to change things at the last minute you are are a fraud a scam you’re not delivering on your word or what the contract says, it doesn’t say anything about sharing the truck with another family and that if you don’t want to share you’ll need to pay $6000 for your own 26 ft truck . so we ended up using our U-Haul paying some guys to load it we got it done but it was extremely hard but I wasn’t gonna go with American movers direct after the crap they tried to pull to get more money out of us and tell me the lame excuse of Sharing with another family and your inventory looks more than what is on the contract it’s not going to all fit on the half of truck. I only sent a couple pictures which I thought was weird. No movers have ever asked for that. So I keep emailing them where’s our $800 back and they said oh you don’t get that back brokers fees or whatever their reasoning which is all lies and BS they’re a total scam, after the one I talked to Tom that made the contract who I dealt with the week before on the phone and then they have The other guy, Bruce, or Benjamin whatever his name is come in for the close didn’t close us for a lot more money ,so they’re the ones that backed out from what we agreed to and what we signed, not honoring that deal and the deal got canceled by them , not us. These People should not be in business and should be giving people back their refunds or deposits when they’re the ones doing wrong and if the ScamPulse.com ( better business bureau ) can’t help us and you then what good are they?
