My 13yr old purchased something from them on 4/9/2022 (order number: 9613). Till this day my daughter hasn’t received anything, and there is no way to call or talk the seller except a funky little messenger on their site that I’m sure no one is monitoring. After seeing the reviews on here, it’s clear as day that this “business” is a scam. My daughter received a tracking number on 5/4/2022, so almost a month went by before they “created a label” at 11:08pm, and nothing else. I know COVID happened, but we have NEVER had ANY delayed mail! I repeat, NEVER had ANY delayed mail. If products I bought from China made it here with no issue, then something from Florida surely should’ve been here in 3 days. My mail from my family in Alabama makes it here in less time. Blaming the postal service for products not shipped is bad business practice especially if the postal website doesn’t even show your package being shipped, just a label being created. Per their website, they do not offer refunds, but offer store credit. Well how do you use credit at a place that didn’t ship your products in the first place? Everything about their business practices screams scam! I will be sure to warn everyone on social media about this. What’s sad is this could’ve been a great business because of all the likes they have been getting, but they just fell short of being able to deliver. Now my daughter is out of her allowance money, and someone is still out there scamming others. If they need help running a business like this, I have a friend that is thriving in her own small business. Her customers are extremely happy and recurring.
